    Accommodations
    Stella Rose features a 2-cabin interior. The forward stateroom features a v-berth with filler cushion, drawer and locker storage and below the berth storage. The main salon has a settee/dinette to starboard and on port is a bench settee. At the aft end of the settee is the chart table. Opposite the chart table is the head with shower, sink and vanity, toilet and mirror. Opposite the head and to port of the companionway ladder is the u-shaped galley. Aft of the head and to starboard of the companionway is the entry to the aft cabin with queen athwartship berth, shelf and hanging locker. Ventilation and daylight is abundant due to 7 opening ports, 6 opening hatches, 3 non-opening ports and 4 fied deadlights.Interior wood is teak veneers and solids with a satin finish varnish.

    Galley & Plumbing
    The galley is at the base of the companionway and to port. There is a deep double SS sink, a large dry storage/pot locker, 2-burner propane stove w/oven, and aft is the large top loading refrigeration/freezer locker. Aft of the refrigeration locker is another very generous locker. Above and outboard of the stove are dry storage lockers.

    Sails & Sail Handling
    The Catalina 320 has a performance driven hull form and has a sail plan to go with it. The Charleston Spar mast is a double spreader rig, stepped on a compression post. The chainplates are inboard offering a tight sheeting angle for upwind sailing. Running rigging is led to the cockpit to sheet stoppers and self tailing winches.

    Hull & Deck
    Stella Rose was biult with a single-piece solid FRP hull with an external lead wing keel and spade rudder. The deck is also single-piece FRP lamination, with end grain balsa coring for stiffness and weight reduction. In areas of high load/deck hardware, the laminate is solid FRP with backing plates that are either drilled and tapped or thru-bolted for the hardware and fittings. The hull-to-deck joint is a hat box style arrangement that is then covered with an aluminum rub rail and vinyl insert.
